This is a rewrite of the Link Popup script to be used as a navigational script.
I have added a fade out for the background of the table that works with IE4+, Netscape 6x and Opera.

Notes:
There are two quirks with this script:

If the pop-up pops over a (drop down menu), the will be on top of the pop-up.   All other form elements (inputs, buttons, textareas, etc.) will be behind the pop-up.

With Opera, the form elements from the search pop up remain in place when the pop up is moved off screen.   They will disappear if they are clicked on, though.
